Call for Abstracts The scientific committee cordially invites you to submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations. Submission Rules All abstract must be submitted before January 26, 2018 by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author (submitter). The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and successful applicants will be selected for either an oral or poster presentation. Abstract will only be considered for presentation on receipt of registration of the presenting author. If the abstract is rejected, cancellation of registration can be made free of charge. Abstract Format All abstracts must be submitted in English. The title should not exceed 20 words. Authors: Names and surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting author’s name will be underlined. Corresponding author’s name will be marked by asterisk (*) following the name. Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution and country. Contents: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Please use the template below. Images: If an abstract includes the maximum of two images, they will be placed at the end of the abstract. Total content is limited to one page.
